The Virginia Medical Freedom Alliance (VAMFA) is a non-partisan coalition of Virginian doctors, allied healthcare professionals, organizations, and citizens. We are concerned and alarmed about the public health system's encroachment to the point of a stranglehold on the ability of healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based ethical care to Virginians during the COVID-19 pandemic.

VAMFA supports the Declarations of theGlobalCovidSummit, a battle cry from an international alliance of doctors and scientists who are committed to speaking truth to power about COVID pandemic research and treatment. They, and VAMFA, are the doctors and allied healthcare professionals who are fighting daily for the right to treat their patients, and us in Virginia, and the right of patients to receive those treatments - without fear of interference, retribution or censorship by government, pharmacies, pharmaceutical corporations, and big tech. We demand that these groups step aside.

Our mission is to honor and support the sanctity and integrity of the patient-doctor relationship, the primacy of individualized health care, the fundamental maxim "First Do No Harm", and the freedom of patients and doctors to make informed medical decisions.

Virginia’s public health policies have failed to prevent wave after wave of COVID-19 outbreaks and have not reduced the harm suffered by Virginians from COVID illness or its treatment. Virginians do not want a one-size-fits-all federal health policy that offers a limited range of mediocre or failed approaches. Thousands have died from COVID as a result of being denied life-saving early treatment. If we or our family members get COVID, we want our doctors to have unrestricted access to all available treatment options.

Several VAMFA members participated in a Virginia Department of Health (VDH)-sponsored “open forum conversation on COVID-19 therapeutics” on June 29, 2022, with VDH “answering your questions and discussing the changing landscape of therapeutics in Virginia.” They ignored our many questions and stated that they “must follow the NIH treatment guidelines” and would not “respond to questions regarding medications that are not authorized by the FDA for the treatment of Covid-19." All of us were suddenly dropped from the webinar without warning and unable to return.

At the June 23, 2022, quarterly meeting of the VDH Board of Health, a Board member referred to a VAMFA member as a “denier” for presenting evidence and asking questions about COVID-19 vaccine harm in a public comment

In fact, there is no need for a vaccine or expensive new investigational drugs, particularly ones that are neither safe nor effective, if VDH would enthusiastically promote, or just permit, the widespread use of existing proven life-saving prevention and early treatment protocols. These protocols “repurpose” numerous, inexpensive, available medications and immune-fortifying nutritional therapies to fight COVID and have saved hundreds of thousands of lives.

Aggressively implementing such a time-honored and commonsense public health approach to managing an epidemic, coupled with the high herd immunity already in Virginia due to natural infection with COVID in the unvaccinated, would substantially hasten the end of COVID in the Commonwealth. It would result in tremendous savings of taxpayer dollars from avoided hospitalizations and expensive investigational medications and, most importantly, in lives saved. It would hasten the return of our Constitutional and basic human rights that have been violated in the name of an orchestrated public health crisis.

VAMFA sent an urgent request to Dr. Colin Greene, Governor Glen Youngkin, Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears, Attorney General Jason Miyares, and the Virginia General Assembly for a public Virginia COVID-19 Forum. We want an open, uncensored scientific dialogue of at least four hours in a public forum that is available to all Virginians to view and participate. Dr. Greene and VDH senior scientists should review the successes of their COVID-19 public health policies and treatments to date, and Virginia doctors and VAMFA-selected medical scientists would present medical evidence about alternative COVID-19 prevention and treatment approaches.

The mismanagement of the COVID pandemic is the largest public health disaster in our lifetime. VAMFA wants Virginia to lead the nation in protecting her citizens from the harm of COVID and the experimental COVID genetic injections and out of this orchestrated public health and societal catastrophe. • I want to hear a discussion in a Virginia COVID Forum about why more U.S. vaccine-related deaths have been reported in the two years since the COVID vaccine was introduced (December 2020) than for all other vaccines in the last 30 years combined.

• Government and medical agencies, including VDH, CDC, FDA and NIH, must be held accountable for promoting only the false and misleading propaganda that “COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective” and “Benefits of vaccination outweigh the risks.”

• Children are particularly at risk from the experimental genetic COVID shots. The injuries already reported from the COVID injections in children are catastrophic and its short- and long-term risks are unknown.

• Virginians have been denied the fundamental human right to provide true informed consent

• The state of national emergency facilitates corruption and extends the pandemic and should be immediately terminated.

• We want Virginia to lead the nation in protecting our citizens from the harm of COVID and the experimental COVID-19 genetic injections (vaccines).
