ALL HANDS ON DECK!

HB 915 is in committee tomorrow! This bill will roll back the worst parts of HB1090 and create accountability for our elected officials.

We remain OPPOSED to all mandates, but this bill is essential to prevent unelected bureaucrats from establishing the school mandated immunizations in Virginia. This establishes an additional safeguard from regulatory capture/corruption.

In summary this bill only will allow VDH to make a recommendation to the legislative body on additions to the childhood requirements for school.
