Amber Baker, Director of Social Media & BRANDING
Amber’s professional experience spans project management, marketing, event planning and customer relations. Currently, she works for a world leader in air conditioning systems, services and solutions where she manages and executes large-scale commercial projects for a nationally-recognized team of systems engineers. In her prior non-profit role, she could be found conceptualizing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and large-scale community outreach events. She coordinated logistics, fundraising, media activities, website and organization re-brands, and oversaw growing social media. Time spent there gave her a special window into Richmond’s inner-city children – a group dear to her heart and one her advocacy extends to this day.
Amber joined the medical freedom movement in 2010 after her son was born seven weeks early. A relative expressed concerns over starting a vaccination schedule on one so little – a concern she adamantly disagreed with and did not follow. His first year of life - riddled with medical issues and hospital visits – began to raise questions about the medical care he was receiving and she felt compelled to research. The journey she reluctantly started has continued over a decade – fueling her passion for informed consent and the right to choose one’s own medical care. Her proven track record of fostering trust-based relationships with industry influencers, marketing and communications skills, and coaching are professional skills she brings to the medical freedom movement.
